A primary care physician (PCP) is a doctor you select under your health insurance plan to be your personal physician. A PCP can be specialized in Family Practice, General Practice, Family Practice or Pediatrics. The relationship you have with your PCP is very important because he/she is responsible for managing all aspects of your care. Your PCP is responsible for referring you to specialty physicians.

EPO Plus offers two choices in provider networks, GEMCare Medical Group and Delano Regional Medical Group (DRMG).   Use the search tool to find PCP's that meet specific criteria. 

Each listing provides the physician's name, degree, specialty, address, phone number, and status.  The status indicates whether or not the physician's practice is open to new patients.  If the status is OPEN, then the physician will accept patients that he/she has never seen before, or new patients.  However, if the status is CLOSED, then the physician will not accept patients that he/she has never seen before, or new patients.
